Learning starts with a real need.
Instruction starts with what someone needs to do: understand an unfamiliar tool, check information more carefully, or finish a familiar task a better way. Mick first identifies the practical learning need, then agrees the training, tools and materials, support and delivery plan.
The Academy’s structure is being developed. No charitable status is claimed and no donations are accepted.
Requests are submitted by an adult, or by an organization contact acting for the group.

Train Your Team
Training built around what your employees, members or board need to do. A written scope sets the audience, goals, 60-minute or 90-minute session format, schedule, cost and responsibilities before either side commits.
Bring Training to Your Community
A business or organization funds training for local residents, workers or owners of small organizations, and MickFix™ provides the instruction and support. When the full cost is covered, participants attend at no charge. The proposal sets the places, selection, instruction, support and reporting.

Foundations, prompting, productivity, application, responsible use and a 30-60-90-day plan, in career and workforce or business and entrepreneurship tracks. Live 60-minute and 90-minute sessions led by Mick. Each offering will state its dates, number of sessions and included support before enrollment opens.
