Privacy

This website is operated by Empower Just For Today, Inc., doing business as MickFix™, in Abilene, KS 67410.

What this website collects

The forms collect a name and email address, plus information submitted about a decision, course interest or learning need. A Decision Preflight request can include an organization, the options being considered, a deadline, what is at stake and additional notes. Team and community training requests can include the organization, intended participants, learning goals, timing, location or community, estimated places, funding stage and additional notes. The information requested depends on the form.

The website also uses submission timing and an identifier derived from the connection's IP address to limit automated or repeated submissions.

If you create an account, MickFix™ stores your email, name and the records connected to your work with MickFix™, such as scopes, payment records, start-date agreements, recommendations and enrollments.

How it is used

To respond to your request, prepare and deliver agreed work, process enrollments and keep a record of agreements and payments. MickFix™ does not sell your information.

Who can see it

Access to your account records is restricted to you and to Mick, who owns and operates MickFix™ and delivers and administers your work. Service providers that operate the account sign-in, hosting, data storage and email may process information as needed to provide those services, and a payment provider will do the same once online payments are activated. Client files are stored privately and each download is checked against your account. Online payments are not yet available on this website. When they are, card details will be entered on the payment provider's secure checkout page and will not be stored by this website.
