Individuals and small organizations facing a consequential decision without a specialist assigned to question its assumptions: a family farm, a church board, a main-street shop, a one-person practice.
A Preflight is for a decision that is expensive to reverse. It is not a substitute for a licensed opinion, and it does not make the decision for you.

GO, MODIFY or STOP can stand alone or combine across options. A recommendation may approve one part of a decision, attach conditions to another and advise against a third.

What the client provides
Accurate information and source records, relevant restrictions and an authorized contact. The written scope sets agreed information dates and access.
If missing information or a scope change affects delivery, Mick gives notice. A revised date requires written agreement and is not automatic. Payment time never starts the fifteen-business-day delivery clock.
What is separate
Grant applications, event production, design, software builds, fundraising, negotiation and implementation require a separate written scope and price. No follow-on purchase is required. Appropriately qualified professionals supply licensed opinions.
Put a recommendation into practice.
The $1,000 MickFix™ Decision Preflight delivers a written recommendation. Implementation is quoted separately after that recommendation, and the client chooses who performs it. A separate implementation proposal can cover reviewing a workflow, selecting and setting up suitable tools, preparing staff guidance, training users and providing defined follow-up support. Academy enrollment has its own path. No one has to buy a Preflight to take a course.
